I've put the barrels one Tile Above and Adjacent to my Sink and Washing Machine by 1 Tile (Not directly above). I don't even get an option to pick Plumbing on the sink or washing machine. Ads keep us online. Without them, we wouldn't exist. We don't have paywalls or sell mods - we never will. This is a really neat idea if you want a simple rain collector. You'll just take a water tank and basically, put a large funnel on it. I this solved the question. Make sure you build it where you want it, once placed if you want to move it with level 4 skill there is a pretty high chance for it to break. Carpentry items are not in Crafting, but in building menus. Have a hammer. Right click on ground and in context menu select "Carpentry" and inside it select the thing you want.
